$20/Ticket – Includes Hors d’oeuvres, beer/wine (3 drink tickets).  Local Craft Beer will be provided by Pisgah Brewing Company!

Chef Mark Rosenstein will demonstrate the science of heat transfer and how the process affects the taste of food.  He’ll be utilizing his “infiernillo” grill while cooking fresh salmon encased in a layer of salt and yes…samples will be available!

The Colburn Earth Science Museum’s board and Executive Director will also take this opportunity to share the museum’s plans for the future as we plan for our move outside of Pack Place.  We’re excited to hear about what the community wants in our new location so please join us for this fun evening at one of the newest venues in Asheville overlooking the French Broad River in the River Arts District.  It’s going to be an exciting year for the Colburn!

Tickets will be available for purchase at the Colburn Earth Science Museum. You can stop by to purchase or call to reserve your ticket with a credit card. Tickets will also be available the night of the event.
